Overview

You have Mastery over Ice and Cold to control your foes and to add some much needed armor and defense.

Cold Mastery is a Blaster Ancillary Powerset.

  • IceArmor Hybernate.png (49) Hibernate: Toggle Self (Invulnerable? Intangible?), +Recovery, +Regeneration
