After paying your dues you have been recognized as 'Unswerving' by the government of Paragon City. You have attained thirty-three Veteran levels.
Villain
You continue to elude capture after all this time. You have attained thirty-three Veteran levels.

How to Get

Earn thirty-three Veteran Levels.

Rewards

Earning the Unswerving badge rewards the character 15 Empyrean Merits.

History

This badge was formerly the Unswerving (Rewards Program) badge but was repurposed as a Veteran Level badge during Issue 25.
