Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.
Level 50: Characters must be level 50 to slot this enhancement.
Effects
This enhancement adds a chance to inflict moderate smashing damage upon your target(s). This effect will trigger approximately 4.5 times per minute. Its minimum proc chance is 11.75%, and its maximum is 90%.
Recipe
This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by purchasing from a Reward Merit Vendor as an Invention Origin Enhancement Recipe, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a very rare drop.
This recipe can't be sold to stores. However, other players may be willing to buy it through the Auction House.
