Decimation: Chance for Build Up
Decimation: Chance for Build Up is an enhancement in the Decimation set.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.
Effects
This enhancement adds a chance to have a "Build Up" power affect the caster. This effect will trigger approximately 1 time per minute. Its minimum proc chance is 6.5%, and its maximum is 90%.
Recipe
This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by purchasing from a Reward Merit Vendor as an Invention Origin Enhancement Recipe, by defeating enemies, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a rare drop.
This recipe may be sold to a store for 200 inf per level. However, other players may be willing to pay more for it through the Auction House.
