Slash Command

/userenderscale [0-1]

Disables/Enables render scaling feature

0 = Disable
1 = Enable

Command Line Parameter

The command can be made more or less permanent by running it automatically at log-in as a Command Line Parameter. For example,
-userenderscale 1
