C. Bales is a developer for Paragon Studios, working in production. She was introduced to the City of Heroes community in January, 2010, taking over the role previously held by Jesse "Ghost Falcon" Caceres. Caceres was promoted to the roll of Development Producer.
Bales' role includes working with the Community Relations Team to communicate with the player-base concerning game releases such as patches and issues.
