Shrouded / Shady is an exploration badge for visiting an instanced map for certain missions, such as "Disrupt Nightstar's ritual" from Maria Jenkins, or "Bring citizens to Vahzilok surgeons" from Dmitri Krylov.
This otherworld has been overshadowed by corrupting magic.
A trip back to Paragon City confirmed it: You're the shady type of person other people are right to be afraid of.
Location
This badge is awarded for spending any amount of time on the mission map "OUTDOOR_CITY_01B" in the Take down Nightstar mission from Maria Jenkins or the Bring citizens to Vahzilok surgeons mission from Dmitri Krylov. It will also be awarded to an Arachnos Soldier or Arachnos Widow who enters the map for the Recover seer from Paragon City mission from the VEAT-specific contact Fortunata Hamilton. The badge is awarded after a random period of time while on the map, or will be rewarded immediately if you leave the map.
