- on the Defeat 3K Kelvin and guards mission from Billie Heck as an Elite Boss and an Enemy (Levels 5-9).
- on the Seek revenge for Darrin Wade mission from Darrin Wade as an NPC and a captive needing to be rescued (Levels 25-29).
Description
3K Kelvin is a heavy hitter for the Hellions in Paragon City. He is often called in to deal with problems of the Hellions, using his fire mastery to burn his enemies to cinders.
