How to Get

Complete at least one door mission in Bloody Bay, Siren's Call and Warburg (one mission per zone)

Notes

In issue 27 the max level of the PvP contacts in Bloody Bay and Sirens Call were raised to 50, so it is no longer possible to outlevel the PvP missions in those zones.
