Down In Front is an event badge for going between Manticore and Sister Psyche during the spring wedding event.

The audience wasn't very amused when you proved yourself a nuisance during Manticore & Sister Psyche's wedding ceremony and had to be escorted off-stage.

How to Get

During the Spring Event, enter Sigil's or Kadabra Kill's mission. Tell Positron to start the ceremony. Put yourself between Manticore and Sister Psyche until you're teleported away.
