• E3 stands for Electronic Entertainment Expo.
• The 2004 Electronic Entertainment Expo took place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from May 12 - 14, 2004. This occurred just after City of Heroes was first launched live (April 28, 2004).
• Seems like a Dev command. It's active, but doesn't do anything even when set.
