Briefing
The Circle of Thorns have been very active lately, they seem to think that recent activity from other groups has distracted the city's heroes, allowing them to work undisturbed. I would like to see a hero demonstrate to the Circle of Thorns that they have not been forgotten by confronting their mystics anywhere they appear.
