The Talons of Vengeance are a blight upon Night Ward. Their desire for pure destruction goes against everything we strive for.
A group of Talons have begun transforming civilians who were lured into Night Ward within a tunnel system. Character, you must rescue any civilians you can find and stop the oracle. We have word that a member of Powers Division died trying to save the civilians; for his sake, please recover their remains so we may perform a proper burial.
