Nearly identical, probably something in their dimensional make-up makes them ideal for this time-acceleration stuff to work there. Go there and deactivate any of those devices you find and bring back any information on what Anti-Matter is up to there.

Debriefing

The Clockwork who were trying to accelerate time were blue? Not brown, like Anti-Matter's? Sounds like Neuron, the Praetorian version of our own hero Synapse, is mimicking Anti-Matter's methods. His Clockwork have a color pattern like you describe.
