Norsewind

Norsewind was added in Issue 25 as a memorial to City of Heroes player (@goodtime). She can be found on the monorail balcony in the Salamanca neighborhood of Croatoa at coordinates (900, 48, 2182) . She also appears in the Winter Forest during the annual Winter Event.
