Talk:Hugo Redding

I changed the level info for Hugo to 9-14 from 10-14. This change was made due to personal experience, as I have had several characters recently get him as a contact and start running missions for him (including the Fortune Teller mission) at level 9.

This change will also be made for the other Spelunker contacts.
