Thanks for this info, Leandro. First I've heard of it. My guess is that is the same Dark Watcher that co-founded the Freedom Phalanx. Cryptic has used the same name for more than one person before though. (Ex. Chimera) Also, I think this group's name was originally going to be the Battalion, but looks like it was changed.
