Transparent Terrors is an enemy group that appear during Halloween Events. They appear when players enter range of the Green Banner of Terror during the Deadly Apocalypse. They take the appearance and powers of Croatoan and Portal Ghosts, Sailor Ghosts and Unseelie Court.
