Level 5-9

I'd like you to meet Ron Hughes. He's a reporter, and lately he's been interested in the Skulls. Ron's magazine is located in Kings Row, so that's where he can be found.

Ron believes that science should be used for the good of all.

Juan Jimenez is a great photographer, and he's always got his ear to the ground. You should talk to him and see if he's following any big stories on the Skulls. Juan is currently covering a story in Kings Row.

Juan is always eager to help, and he knows where the action is.

There's a young reporter named Linda Summers who you might enjoy chatting with. She's always pursuing some crime related story, especially stories dealing with the Skulls. Linda's latest scoop has her in Kings Row.

Linda responds well to directness and fair treatment.

Information

Mutant Hero Liaison

An honest to goodness African prince, Kiros Nandelu was given an ambassadorship to America when his mutant powers were discovered. His ability to see into the ultraviolet and infrared spectrums wasn't useful enough to make him a hero in his own right, but it got the attention of the Federal Bureau of Super-Powered Affairs, who needed a new GIFT liaison in Paragon City. Humbled and inspired by the chance to work alongside such heroes as the Statesman, Prince Kiros hastily accepted. He now splits his time between helping new heroes and his ambassadorial duties, which are light, to say the least.

From the chatter you hear, it's apparent that this warehouse is home to a group of Skulls, not Hellions.

  • Arrest all gang members

You defeated the Skulls and found a small sample of a drug labeled Dyne.

This small dose of Dyne is packaged in a elegant black capsule. It looks like just the thing to appeal to those who are always looking for the latest designer drug.

Clarence will lead you wisely, Character. Please do whatever he says.

Unnecessary Solicitation

I told Clarence to expect you.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Speak with Clarence Jackson

Briefing

You must be Character. Here's the scoop: with all their drug trafficking, the Skulls have been stepping on a little too much Hellion turf. I hear the Hellions are mounting a raid against a Skull base right now. If you hurry, you may be able to contain the violence.

Patrol and put a stop to any Skull activity you see

Briefing

The Skulls are becoming a menace to the streets of Galaxy City. In addition to peddling Superadine, they've been mugging any citizen who they happen across. People are afraid to leave their houses alone, Character; something has to be done. I want you to patrol and put a stop to any Skull activity you see.

Mission Acceptance

Go to the patrol station on your map to begin, then proceed to the next one. I have every confidence in you.

Unnecessary Solicitation

The Skulls will not stop thieving of their own accord.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Patrol Galaxy City

Note:

  • There are five Police Call Boxes to visit during this mission.

Debriefing

Constant patrols are the only way to keep this city safe. Please, accept my thanks.

Destroy the Skulls' Superadine lab

Briefing

I've got a good lead on a Superadine lab the Skulls are running right here in Galaxy City. If we let them continue manufacturing their drug here, it'll mean more dealers on the street and more addicts in the hospital. I can't let that happen. I want you to destroy the Skulls' Superadine lab. The fate of Galaxy City may well depend on it.

Mission Acceptance

The Skulls will be sure to have that lab heavily guarded.

Unnecessary Solicitation

You've got to destroy that Superadine lab!

Mission Objective(s)

You hear a bubbling sound and detect a strange, chemical aroma. It seems the Skulls are in production.

  • Bust lab leader and his guards.
    • 4 labs to destroy

You destroyed the Skulls' Superadine lab.

Good work, Character. With the Skulls' drug lab out of production, Galaxy City is a good deal safer.

Here is a briefing sheet on the situation in Galaxy City. Now hit the streets and help out with the Hellions. You might try looking for them in the Equinox or Orion Beltway neighborhoods.

Clue
Galaxy City briefing

Galaxy City is named after the late Galaxy Girl, who fell during the Rikti War. Though she had few super powers and never gained much fame in the world at large, Galaxy Girl was one of Paragon City's favorites. She was a constant presence in the skies since her appearance in the 1950's. She worked tirelessly to improve the lives of her fellow citizens, not just by fighting evil, but also through her charity work. No doubt she would be proud to see a new generation of Heroes battling the Hellions, a street gang bent on claiming Galaxy City for their own.

Keep peace in Galaxy City

Unnecessary Solicitation

You should be fighting Hellions.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Keep peace in Galaxy City
    • Defeat 5 Hellions

You have defeated 5 Hellions.
