Overview
Soul Mastery is one of the Patron Power Pools.
Ghost Widow will teach you how to corrupt and utilize souls of the dead to damage and hinder your enemies.

Dark Obliteration

An extremely long range and accurate beam of Negative Energy that deals tremendous damage and reduces the target's Accuracy. This is a sniper attack, and like most sniper attacks, is best fired from a distance as it can be interrupted. If you are engaged in battle this attack becomes instant-cast. If you are not engaged, it will do bonus damage.

The Netherworld has many mutable properties, such as the Oppressive Gloom. This power allows you to use your own Hit Points to keep enemies near you disoriented and unable to use any powers. Endurance cost for this is minimal, but the power can be dangerous to use. You must be level 38 and have Night Fall or Dark Embrace before selecting this power.

Power Boost
Greatly boosts the secondary effects of your powers. Your powers' effects like heals, defense buffs, endurance drains, disorients, holds, immobilizes, knockbacks and more, are all improved. The effects of Power Boost last a short while, and only the next couple of attacks will be boosted. You must be level 38 and have Soul Drain or Dark Embrace before selecting this power.
This power improves the strength of your Heals, Endurance drains and gifts, Runspeed powers, Flight powers, Defense buffs and debuffs, and ToHit buffs and debuffs, as well as the duration of your Sleep, Hold, Disorient, Immobilize, Fear, and Confuse status effects. It does not increase the strength of your Knockback effects. That part of the power description is outdated.

Arguably, the most powerful of the Fortunatas, these rare few have mastered numerous psychic abilities and have risen to the top of Lord Recluse's beautiful Black Widows. Your access to this Fortunata is very limited. You can only summon her once every 15 minutes and she will leave after 4 minutes, or if you exit a zone or mission. You must be level 44 and have two other Soul Mastery Powers before selecting this power.
The Fortunata Mistress is resistant to Psychic damage, along with some mez resistance to Stun, Sleep, Immobilize and Hold. She also has positional defenses, along with defense to Psychic damage. She prefers ranged combat.
