Positron has awarded you this badge for achieving Security Level 50.

The Hero of the City badge is awarded to heroes and vigilantes of Primal Earth. The similar badge for Primal Earth's villains and rogues is called Made, and for characters of Praetorian Earth origin, it is called Praetor.

This section contains information about changes that took place in Homecoming: City of Heroes/Villains. It is provided for historical purposes.

Prior to Issue 23, this badge was awarded by Statesman.
