This is just the cover page. While trying to pull together something meaningful in a sandbox, the wiki was telling me it was too big (and there was still a lot more that could be added), so I followed the example of the [[The Players' Guide to the Cities]] and created a "front" page and broke things off of that. Will start adding the other info now.
