{{darkorange| You've tried sending him back to his father and just letting him go. But in the former, he's going to be experimented on. In the latter, he'll just go on to villainy. Can he be talked down? Can he be convinced to go back to Paragon City without a fight? Maybe. Maybe not. Would the Zig be able to hold him? That might be the best thing... Part Five: Retrieval

Unnecessary Solicitation

Remember, the mutant is important to capture alive. If anything should happen to him... Just, please, do your best.

Mission Objective(s)

Out across the port you can see the idle energies of someone's powers, waiting for you.

  • Recover the mutant
    • Talk with Frostfire
      • Talk with Marcus
        • Decide the mutant's fate
  • Talk with... a Mender of Ouroboros?

You have dealt with Marcus in your own way. Now to talk to his father...

Enemies

Rogues Gallery
Freakshow

Notable NPCs

Editor's Note:

Marcus Stribbling is an Elite Boss unless the player has all four souvenirs from this story arc, in which case he becomes an Arch-villain. The EB version gains additional powers if the player killed him on a previous run.

Ambush! If the player bypassed Frostfire without fighting, damaging Marcus Stribbling triggers an ambush by Frostfire and one wave of Freakshow.

Debriefing

Character, I assume your call means that you have finished the job?
