Marcus Stribbling is an Elite Boss and an Archvillain from the Rogues Gallery.
Vigilantes face him in the mission Part Five: Retrieval during Dr. Stribbling's story arc, Troubled Times.
Description
Marcus is a young mutant with tremendous power over time. For several years, he has been imprisoned by his father, Dr. Chris Stribbling, after his powers first manifested and caused the death of his infant brother. Embittered by his treatment, he wishes now to escape to the Rogue Isles.
Description (Archvillain)
Marcus is a young mutant with tremendous power over time. For several years, he has been imprisoned by his father, Dr. Chris Stribbling, after his powers first manifested and caused the death of his infant brother. Due to the influence of your repeated time travel, he has awakened to his full powers.
Notes
Marcus becomes more powerful during Flashback depending on which souvenirs from Dr. Stribbling's story arc the player has already obtained. He is an Elite Boss by default. He gains additional powers if the player has the souvenir Stasis Pod Shard (Killed), and becomes an Archvillain with yet more powers if the player has obtained all four souvenirs.
