Description
The Council's expert security forces keep most heroes from venturing this far into their base.
Location
The Super Spy Badge is located in the Council Base neighborhood of Striga Isle. It is on the hinge of a large set of steel doors along the northerneastern short of the island.
Its coordinates are (-6655, -15, -2460) . It is 720 yards NE from the Council Base's marker.
