Weapon Customization is a system that was released as part of Issue 11 where players can select the look of drawn weapons for those powersets that use drawn weapons, including Ancillary Power Pools and Patron Power Pools, but not including regular Power Pools. Weapon Customization is essentially a costume option that is only available to certain powersets. Changing your weapon model in no way changes the effects of the powers that use them.
A character can have a customized shield and weapon at the same time.
Shield Customization
- Main Article: Shield Customization
Shield Customization uses the same system as Weapon Customization, above, except for the Shield costume piece. Shield Customization was released as part of Issue 13 as a supplement to the Shield Defense powerset.
A character can have a customized shield and weapon at the same time.
