This item can be progressively earned through the Paragon Rewards Program at various levels:

VIP Status

This item is automatically included for VIP Players. As soon as subscription lapses, a Premium player cannot use the Mission Architect beyond their Paragon Rewards Tier bonuses.

Historical

This section contains information about a system or idea that was never implemented into Homecoming: City of Heroes/Villains. It is provided for historical purposes.

  • The option to buy an all-access, temporary license existed during the Beta Test for Issue 21/City of Heroes Freedom. It cost 150pp for a 30-day license. This license was not made available when Freedom launched.
