Frosty is an events badge for choosing the second reward from either Father Time mission, or sold by the Candy Keeper for Candy Canes, during Winter Events.

A chill down your spine makes you feel Frosty.
How to Get
This badge is one of the reward options for completing Father Time's mission during the Winter Event of 2006 and onward.
It is also available for purchase from the Candy Keeper for 20 Candy Canes & 5000 inf.
