Praetorians (Enemy Group)
This article is about the enemy group made up of Praetoria's official leaders and their underlings. For other meanings of "Praetorian", see Praetorian.
Overview
While Praetoria has many people and factions, a select group are specifically known as "Praetorians" due to their association with the leadership of Praetoria. Emperor Cole appointed several Praetors to help him run the government, and those worthy of the honor are among the most powerful and dangerous beings encountered in the multiverse. Almost all of them originate from Praetorian Earth, though some are from other parallel worlds. The Praetors are also known as the Praetorian Guard, and are exceptionally ruthless in their pursuit of their goals - whether those goals further Emperor Cole's plans or not.
- Prior to Going Rogue, these were the only Praetorians seen in-game. As such, any references to "Praetorians" from before Going Rogue's release mean this group specifically, rather than the wider group of characters from Praetorian Earth introduced with Going Rogue. This can sometimes lead to confusion between "Praetorians," referring to this group of enemies, and "Praetorians," meaning "anyone from Praetoria."
- This page is divided first into the various Archvillains that are Praetors or ruling members of Emperor Cole's government, and then into the various factions that are often seen accompanying these "Praetorian Guardsmen" into battle (they are named according to the groups in which they appear in their Architect Entertainment listing).
- Some of these groups are no longer present in active missions, due to the massive reworking of Praetoria for Going Rogue, while others became distinct enemy groups by themselves. Any groups or Archvillains changed for Going Rogue have the latest version shown on this page, while NPCs no longer in active missions are shown as they were immediately before Going Rogue.

Trapped within his powered armor, Anti-Matter used to be Tyrants primary scientific consultant. He and Neuron were once the best of friends and created the Clockwork of Praetorian Earth together. Of late his theories have been more and more radical, causing Tyrant to lean on Neuron for research and analysis. Unbeknownst to anyone, Anti-Matter has cracked the Portal tech. He is waiting to reveal his breakthrough in order to garner favor from Tyrant and his true love, Dominatrix.

Bobcat
Main Article: Bobcat
Created during the tail end of the Hamidon Wars, genetic hybrids were made by a variety of military and privately owned laboratories in an attempt to create super powered soldiers to fight the Devouring Earth. Bobcat is one such experiment that merged human and feline DNA. Left abandoned and forgotten after the war she eventually escaped from the lab and roamed the streets of Praetoria City until Neuron found her.
Initially feral and incredibly bad tempered, she quickly grew accustomed to civilized life. She has taken up a near permanent residence in Studio 55, using her influence as a Praetor's girlfriend to remodel the club as she sees fit.

Bobcat can project a burst of focused power. Focus only travels a short distance, but it can also knock down foes.
Follow Up Melee, Light DMG(Lethal), Self +DMG, +ToHit
You perform a feint attack that deals moderate damage. After this attack hits, it gives you a large bonus to Accuracy and damage for a brief time.

Projects a Shockwave of focused power that can travel a short distance. Shockwave travels in a wide arc in front of you dealing moderate damage and, possibly knocking down foes.

Known in Praetoria as Praetor Sinclair, he is Emperor Cole's ultimate assassin. When his parents were killed by Doppelganger, Justin Sinclair was given the opportunity of a lifetime. Doppelganger took the boy under his wing and trained him to be the world's premier silent killer.

Tammy Arcanus was born with great magical powers on Praetorian Earth, just like she was in Primal Earth. Unfortunately, they manifested very differently. As she reached adolescence she began exploring her powers before she was trained. She used astral projection to cast her spirit forth. So intoxicated was she by the new wonders that she was discovering she returned to her body too late to link with it. She watched helplessly as it withered and died without a spirit. As a living ghost, she found herself bound by Emperor Cole himself, forced to do his bidding for the foreseeable future.

The Force Field is virtually impenetrable to all attacks. The impact of some powerful attacks may occasionally rattle Duray, however the Force Field will hold, and Duray will not suffer any damage or effects from the attacks. The Force Field works both ways, and while active, Duray can only affect himself with other powers.

Being the powered grand-daughter of Emperor Cole has its perks. Praetor Duncan trains new Powers Division recruits while at the same time stringing Anti-Matter along, as if he ever had a chance to be with a woman of her stature.

On Praetorian Earth Infernal never had Numina's guidance to temper his drive to control more and more demons. When he first arrived on Praetorian Earth, Diabolique encouraged him to bind more and more demons into his armor until they corrupted his spirit. With the darkness came power and soon Infernal had become stronger than his guide. He is extremely power hungry and is happy to cross over to Primal Earth, where there may be more demons for him to use.

Praetor White, as he is known on Praetoria, heads up the Powers Division for Emperor Cole. These super-powered individuals act as the ultimate police force in keeping Praetoria the utopia it appears to be. All the while Praetor White feeds on the instability of the government and makes his own opportunities to look good.

Shalice Tilman, also known as Mother, is the Praetor of Health in Praetoria. She is the pioneer behind the revolutionary Seer Project, which ensures the safety and well being of all Praetorians by monitoring the people's thoughts through a network of psychics. Tilman herself is regarded as the most powerful psychic in the world after having joined her consciousness with that of Aurora Borealis. Both women now inhabit Aurora's body and have combined their powers to do far more for Praetoria together than they ever could apart.
