Memorial NPCs are placed in zone maps within Homecoming: City of Heroes when a real-life player has passed away outside of the game. Memorial NPCs are placed in zone maps within Homecoming: City of Heroes when a real-life player has passed away outside of the game. Memorial NPCs use the same logic as a Trainer NPC and will enter combat if an enemy approaches their aggro radius.
