Overview
Malkiel Ivesse is a Halloween Vendor NPC that can be found in Atlas Park at the pumpkin patch south of Atlas Plaza, coordinates (11.6, 0.0, 29.8) , during the yearly Halloween Event. Talking to him activates the Invent Emote and allows a character to convert Halloween Event Salvage into various rewards.
Malkiel Ivesse first appeared in Halloween Event 2019 as a memorial to a City of Heroes player.

Costume: Ancient Vampire - This hard light hologram will allow you to look like an Ancient Vampire at any time!
- Costume: Arisen Mummy - This hard light hologram will allow you to look like an Arisen Mummy at any time!
- Costume: Fir Bolg - This hard light hologram will allow you to look like a Fir Bolg at any time!

Supergroup Details
- Candy Cauldron - This black market haul of Halloween candy from Dr. Kanes's mansion comes with an authentic certificate of 'untaintedness' and is slightly stale. The certificate was signed by a reputable lizard scientist.
- Obtaining all of the badges in Dr. Kane's House of Horrors will automatically award this item.
