Event Salvage
Overview
Event Salvage is a class of salvage relating to annual Events and can be located in the Event tab of your in-game personal storage. Event salvage can be stored, traded, transferred, sold, purchased, and redeemed year-round for a variety of rewards at its designated redemption NPC, though some redemption rewards are only available while the event period is active.
Event Salvage Items
Anniversary Event Salvage
Anniversary Event salvage was first obtainable in 2024 by clicking on Time Capsules and receiving a "Salvage Found!" message. This Event is usually active between the months of April and May.
Anniversary Token
Event Salvage (Rare)
Time is a flat circle, just like this golden medallion!
This token is proof of participation, both in celebrating the roots of history but also in securing the future. These tokens can be brought to Luna in Ouroboros or Echo Plaza and exchanged for City of Heroes anniversary rewards.
NOTE: Maximum stack is 10,000
Halloween Event Salvage
Halloween Event salvage was first obtainable in 2006 by clicking on Trick or Treat doors and receiving a "Treat!" message. This Event is usually active during the month of October.
NOTE: Acquiring 1 full set of costume pieces can be redeemed for a one-time free costume slot!
Back Alley Brawler Halloween Gloves
Event Salvage (Uncommon)
These are rubber Back Alley Brawler gloves, perfect for a Halloween costume. Their manufacture makes it difficult to perform simple tasks like opening doors. To earn a reward, Heroes can deliver this to Annah in Croatoa, while Villains can visit Granny Beldam in Nerva Archipelago and Praetorians can go to Acantha in Imperial City.
NOTE: Maximum stack is 1,000
Hamidon Halloween Costume
Event Salvage (Uncommon)
The most popular Halloween costume among the kids in Paragon City is that of Hamidon. This simple costume is made from coloured plastic wrap. Many kids like to put action figures of their favourite heroes inside the wrap, pretending they are 'raiding' for 'Hami-O's'. To earn a reward, Heroes can deliver this to Annah in Croatoa, while Villains can visit Granny Beldam in Nerva Archipelago and Praetorians can go to Acantha in Imperial City.
NOTE: Maximum stack is 1,000
Lord Recluse Halloween Mask
Event Salvage (Uncommon)
This is a Halloween mask of the infamous Lord Recluse. It's made of smelly rubber, and wearing it makes you all sweaty and hard to find your breath. To earn a reward, Heroes can deliver this to Annah in Croatoa, while Villains can visit Granny Beldam in Nerva Archipelago and Praetorians can go to Acantha in Imperial City.
NOTE: Maximum stack is 1,000
Statesman Halloween Mask
Event Salvage (Uncommon)
This is a Halloween mask of the famous hero Statesman. It's made of cheap plastic, and the flimsy string probably won't last through the night. To earn a reward, Heroes can deliver this to Annah in Croatoa, while Villains can visit Granny Beldam in Nerva Archipelago and Praetorians can go to Acantha in Imperial City.
NOTE: Maximum stack is 1,000
Winter Event Salvage
Winter Event salvage was first obtainable 2007 by clicking on Presents and receiving a "Nice!" message. This Event is usually active during the month of December.
Candy Cane

Event Salvage (Uncommon)
A festive piece of peppermint candy to celebrate the holidays. Seek the Candy Keeper in the winter chalet in Pocket D, as he collects these candy canes in return for hard to acquire treasures.
NOTE: Maximum stack is 10,000
Unused Event Salvage
This winter themed salvage was added in spring 2006 as part of the assumed Winter Event 2007 as part of some content (most likely involving the promised holiday base decor) that was never developed with the move from Cyptic to NCsoft.

Notes
- When introduced in Winter Event 2007, Candy Cane Salvage was listed under the Special Salvage tab in-game do to stack limits on Event salvage. Thanks to coding improvements in Issue 15, Candy Canes were moved to the Special salvage tab while retaining their higher stack limit.
- Event Salvage can be stored in Salvage Storage or Salvage Racks in Supergroup Bases, but not Vault Storage.
