Anchor
  1. n. Target of a "Toggle: Ranged (Targeted Area of Effect)" power such as Enervating Field or Darkest Night.
  2. v. Keep targeting new foes so another player can keep you targeted and attack through you.
  3. n. Filler in a team.
  4. Dimensional Anchor - Item of Power Base Item
