Cupid's Crush: Damage/Chance for Confuse
This is an enhancement in the Cupid's Crush set.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.
Effects
This enhancement adds a small chance to confuse your target(s). This effect will trigger approximately 2.5 times per minute. Its minimum proc chance is 8.75%, and its maximum is 90%. The magnitude of the confuse effect may increase based on the number of Cupid's Crush enhancements slotted into the same power. Slotting the full set will add a 20% chance of an even greater confuse effect.
This enhancement improves the damage of your power by the following amounts:

How to Obtain
This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by completing the Spring Event Wedding mission, from Reward Merit Vendors for 100 Reward Merits, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
