League make leader (Slash Command)

Slash command

/league_make_leader character_name

Aliases: '/lml'

Change the league leader (must be league leader).

Character_name is the name of the character you wish to make the league leader.
Oddly, if a character's name has spaces in it, this command does not require it to be enclosed within quotes ("").
