Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.
This enhancement is available as a random reward through the purchase of Rogues and Vigilantes Super Packs.
Effects
This enhancement adds a chance to create an energy font which will damage and stun your target(s). This effect will trigger approximately 1 time per minute. Its minimum proc chance is 6.5%, and its maximum is 90%.
This enhancement improves the recharge time of your power by the following amounts:

This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by opening Rogues and Vigilantes Super Packs, from Reward Merit Vendors for 100 Reward Merits, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
