The Rail Rider Badge has three locations in Praetoria, each located inside one of the Cole Transit Authority stations.

Its coordinates in Nova Praetoria are (-4551.0, -187.6, 469.5) , in Imperial City are (-2384.0, -238.6, 755.5) and in Neutropolis are (2226.0, -213.1, 1111.0) .

It is necessary to visit all three locations to earn this badge.
