Description
You weave a special arcane rune with the power to restrain old gods and cast it on your foe, chaining them to the ground with otherworldly tendrils that deal psionic damage over time. Using this power against The Unnamed One will disable its Unbounded state.
How to Get
This temporary power can be obtained by accepting the Draw out the witch mission from Mage-Killer Tatiana.

Notes
The only difference when using this power against The Unnamed One is that the immobilize effect is mag 26 instead of mag 3. The Unnamed One actually loses its Unbounded status when immobilized through any means, but this power's high magnitude means it will usually be the easiest way to immobilize it.
