TUNNEL System
Overview
The TUNNEL System or Trans-Universal Networking Nexus and Extradimensional Link System is a method of zone traversal introduced in Issue 23 to make hard to reach zones easier to access. The Carnival of Light opened a complex network of inter-dimensional portals that intertwine between Primal Earth and Praetoria in order to help with the evacuation of Praetoria. Concerned that this network of tunnels might grow out of control, be abused, or become unstable, Arachnos and Portal Corp have stepped in to stabilize their connections in Primal Earth as well as to oversee their usage. Members of either Arachnos, Carnival of Light, or Portal Corp are on hand at all access points in order to give directions to a would-be inter-dimensional traveler.
TUNNEL Stops are available based on your current character alignment with pure Heroes only able to travel between locations in Paragon City and pure Villains only able to travel between locations in the Rogue Isles, along with some inter-dimensional destinations and co-op zones with no restrictions in place for Vigilantes and Rogues. The following TUNNEL Stops are available:

Notes
- Praetorian characters must choose a Primal Earth alignment at level 20 before they are allowed to cross over to Paragon City or the Rogue Isles using the TUNNEL system, attempting to use it sooner will receive the following message:
