Tin Mage Mark II is a robot made from schematics left in the Omega Team's time capsule by the first Tin Mage. He was added in Issue 19 as a Task Force organizer in the Rikti War Zone.

Tin Mage Mark II was created from the blueprints of the original Tin Mage, who was one of the members of the Omega Team. Tin Mage's blueprints were discovered when the Omega Team's time capsule was opened in the year 2009. Vanguard has since rebuilt Tin Mage based off of the blueprints and have used him as one of their main tacticians in the war against any interdimensional threat against Earth.
