Overview

Arbiter Hawk, whose real name is Jeff Hamilton, is an associate systems designer, brought on board with Paragon Studios in 2010. He works on systems that are not related to missions or the world at large, specifically giant monsters and zone events.

Real Life

On the Ustream chat held August 30, 2011, he stated that he began playing City of Heroes 8 days after the initial launch.
