Spend 1 hour in Pocket D.
Note
Upon acquiring either this badge or the Passport Accolade Badge, a character will earn the Long Range Teleporter power.
Teleport to Zone
The Long Range Teleporter allows you to teleport very long distances, even across city zones. Collecting any Exploration badge in a zone will unlock it as a destination for your Long Range Teleporter. Note that Long Range Teleporter is unaffected by Recharge Time changes. Recharge: Very Long
The Pocket D VIP Gold Club Member Badge also unlocks Pocket D as a Long Range Teleporter location, even though it is not an Exploration badge.

This badge used to be listed under "Accolades" before shutdown.
Previously if you had this badge, the P2W Vendor would not charge any inf for the Pocket D VIP Pass, before this was removed in Issue 27.
