Notes

This badge is awarded for defeating Hollow Reaper elite bosses during Halloween Events. It is awarded only during these events, and only awarded to characters level 25 or above, though credit can be earned beforehand.
This badge awards 2 Prismatic Aether Particles.
Hollow Reapers also grant credit towards the Ghost Touched Badge, which is typically only obtainable by defeating the Unseelie Court enemies that spawn around the Halloween versions of Eochai and Jack in Irons
