The Unabashed Badge is located in the center of the Rikti mothership in the Rikti War Zone and in the instanced Rikti mothership raid. Either one will count for the badge. The badge marker is blocked by the shield, and only becomes accessible after destroying all 20 Rikti Pylons to disable the shield.
