Overview

When Paragon City began to grow from a small group of colonial townships, the heart of the coalition was Smithtown. Founders' Falls encompasses the area from which that seed began to grow, eventually developing into the sprawling metropolis that is Paragon City.

The most opulent place to live, Founders' Falls is where you are most likely to meet members of the Paragon Yacht Club. Then again, with water instead of major roadways, yacht might be the only way to travel. When the Red River rose, much of the area was left underwater, but the buildings that jut out provide a Venice-like feel to the region. The more modern structures of this zone were built out onto the water to avoid harming many of the historic sites that lie in the area.

Even with all the tourism and scenery, or maybe because of it, the wealthier criminal organizations have also moved in. The blending of amazing architecture with sites of significance make this city zone an important area to keep safe. It is in some ways the spirit of Paragon City, and she needs her Heroes to keep it from being overrun.

Thrill Seeker (multiple locations)

You're always looking for new forms of entertainment, and it's said that the Mission Architect technology is entertainment in its purest form.

Badge

Williams Square has always been seen as a place of safety by the people of Founders' Falls, who are constantly plagued by demons in the Circle of Thorns or the Devouring Earth. Unknown to the people, it is because each of the angelic statues overlooking it is embedded with a magical rune, warding off evil forces from the area. The presence of Numina and Infernal prevent the wards from being shattered easily - but if they were to be disposed of, it wouldn't be long until the wards were broken.

Badge
Losing Paradise (5109.0, 64.0, 4610.0)[Copy]

The Devouring Earth's spread into Founders' Falls was stopped here, though it was far too late to save the city of Woodvale. Heroes fought the Devouring Earth menace for days before it was pushed back into Woodvale - for the most part. The monsters still wander through Founders' Falls, while its people live in the knowledge that should the Devouring Earth grow out of control once again, they will be the first to be consumed.

Badge
Watchful Eyes (4244.5, 260.6, 4571.5)[Copy]

During her time in the Knives of Artemis, Agent Indigo used this spot to assassinate many of her targets. She now presides over the area to remind herself of her past sins and to prevent the Knives from staining this area with any more blood.

Badge
Hamidon's Fury (26.5, 0.1, 3454.5)[Copy]

The hills in this area of Founders' Falls were created almost instantly during the Devouring Earth's initial push into the city. A laboratory once stood here, but it was destroyed by the erupting earth that sprung up beneath it. If not for the intervention of the city's heroes, the rest of Founders' would have followed.

Badge

This area is where Michelle Harvey, a local magician, made her last stand against the Circle of Thorns, who were trying to attack the nearby hospital. Michelle used all of her life force to erect a protective barrier around the hospital. A group of heroes arrived to drive back the Circle, but it was too late for them to save Michelle. Because of this brave sacrifice, the hospital was renamed in her honor.

Badge
Misunderstood (1126.0, -16.0, 2147.5)[Copy]

Voodoo practitioner Cadao Kestrel fled into these tunnels after being accused of murder. Agent Six tracked him here and beat him within an inch of his life before arresting him. Cadao would later be cleared of all charges, but to this day he has not gone near Agent Six, claiming she is, "out of her mind."

Badge
Foggy (968.5, 0.1, 2622.0)[Copy]

This building is in the final stages of preparing suites for the use of the city's Super Groups.

Badge
