Detective - Protect Founders' Falls bank | BUG?:During this mission, the group attacking the bank will be Arachnos troops, though the briefing describes them as Council. They even have Council names, so I'm suspecting the spawns are messed somehow. Besides, there are other minor bugs: the boss in my Arson mission was an Ascendant Archon with the name "Galaxy Archon", and NPCs in the streets will mention later the attacking group in Founders as "The Family". |

Disgraced Deputy Badge | This may only affect the Peregrine Island safeguard, but currently when the hostage holders are aggroed, some of them just vanish. This makes it nearly impossible to actually free the hostages. |
Diviner Maros | For some reason, Legacy Chain will be antagonistic to each other throughout the mission. |
Doc Delilah (Ally) | This time she's far stronger against the Lethal and Smashing damage of the Sky Raiders, though she still tends to simply stand still in front of enemies, staring at the infinite instead of beating them, most likely waiting for one of her toggles to recycle. Knocking back the enemy she was fighting seems to awaken her somehow and she will attack again for a while, but this problem keeps happening once and again during my whole mission. There appears to be a bug with the mission, where if you enter the lifts, she will disappear completely from the mission. As Doc Delilah appears to have Super Jump, one method of getting around this is to get to the top without using the lifts, and let her jump up after you. |
Doc Delilah | During the indoor tech lab map, you may find Doc Delilah will run into the ceiling then disappear from the map. This is a known issue: to avoid this outcome, take the elevator on the outdoor portion of the map to ascend to the leaning skyscraper instead of heading directly to it. |

Goto tray (Slash Command) | Putting /goto_tray at the beginning or in the middle of a macro makes the macro malfunction. Everything after /goto_tray disappears upon zoning or log-out if it is used in a macro. Therefore, it needs to be at the end of the macro. |
Halloween Event 2010 | Trick or Treating while sidekicked will result in the sidekicked character not obtaining any Costume Powers. This is a Known Issue, and may or may not be fixed by the end of the event on October 31, 2010. |

It is not guaranteed, but likely. You can defeat him for extra XP, INF, and salvage. Note that he disappears after the cutscene between phases 3 and 4 if he is not defeated beforehand. |
Magus Mu'Drakhan | Missing Clue. A glowie appears in this mission and can be clicked on to inform the player "You found something interesting in one of the tomes". However, no Clue is generated. |
Maria Jenkins | This mission is the older Badge mission and is still given out by Maria Jenkins (possibly an oversight). The current and correct (in terms of briefing, story and content) badge mission is shown above as Defeat Marauder and destroy the portal. |

The devs have noted that this patch will likely be deployed after the conclusion of the 2021 Winter Event in January, 2022. |

However, she does not ignore henchmen nor pets and will instead immediately attack pets and henchmen while completely invisible and untargetable, and even follow the pets and henchmen around. If you are a Mastermind player, be advised to stock up on purple inspirations before starting this mission, hand them to your henchmen just before encountering Belladonna, and run far back immediately after she teleports to hopefully de-aggro her. |

Troubled Times - Part Five: Retrieval | Although this message is clearly meant to play when approaching Frostfire, it plays at the beginning of combat with him instead and doesn't play at all if the player gets past Frostfire peacefully. |
