Overview

Luna is the only Incarnate Merit Vendor; she is in Ouroboros. She converts Astral Merits into Empyrean Merits (and vice versa); 5 Astrals make one Empyrean. Empyrean merits can be used to make Incarnate Components. She also sells badges from previous Anniversary Events for 100 Reward Merits each, Super Inspirations for 10 Incarnate Threads, and Super Team (and Ultimate Inspirations) for 30 Incarnate Threads.
