Issue 27 Badges

Overview

Issue 27 introduced a variety of new badges as well as a badge repurposed from an existing badge. In addition, a number of badges were modified to reflect updated requirements and/or updated categories.

Exploration Badges

	Patient Zero	Complete Doc Buzzsaw's arc, The Freakish Lab of Dr. Vahzilok
	Containment Specialist	Earned in Agent Watkins' arc by turning off the sprinklers before the timer runs out
	Went Off Script	Earned in Agent Watkins' arc by refusing to quarantine (mission owner only)
	The Greater Good	Earned in Agent Watkins' arc by quarantining (mission owner only)
	Tarnished Star	Earned in Doc Buzzsaw's arc by filling every jail cell in The Zig during your life as a hero, before becoming a villain and releasing Bile
	Complicated	Complete Take Out Frostfire mission from Flux
	Worthy Opponent	Complete "The Future of Freedom" Flashback with the "Old School Challenge" selected
	Gold Standard	Complete the Dr. Aeon Strike Force
	Best Friends Forever	Take Becky, the Tarantula Secretary hostage in the first mission, ensure she has a fun time, and then accept her help and bring her with you to the D-Rifter console without her being defeated in Dr. Aeon's Strike Force
	The Shadow Out Of Time	Complete Sister Valeria's story arc

Achievement Badges

There were several Achievement badges added with Issue 27.

	Can't Touch This	Defeat King Midas without any members of the team being hit by a Ripple Singularity during the length of the fight on Malicious difficulty or higher in Dr. Aeon's Strike Force
	Power Overwhelming	Defeat Ripplesurge while it is empowered from standing in the residual energy left behind from consuming a Shimmering Effusion while on Malicious difficulty or higher in Dr. Aeon's Strike Force
	Ripple Raider	Successfully conquer all twelve powerful foes within Golden Roller's dimensional ripples in a single attempt in Dr. Aeon's Strike Force
	Unfriendly Fire	Use a confused Golden Brickernaut's self-destruct to deal the finishing blow to Princess Zoe on Malicious difficulty or higher in Dr. Aeon's Strike Force
	Master of Dr. Aeon's Strike Force	Obtain the Unfriendly Fire, Ripple Raider, Power Overwhelming, and Can't Touch This badges
	Master of the Prisoners of Eden	Successfully complete the Eden Trial with challenge settings of zero defeats, no Incarnate Powers and no Temporary Powers
	Master of the Descent to the Hydra	Successfully complete the Abandoned Sewers Trial with challenge settings of zero defeats, no Incarnate Powers and no Temporary Powers
	Master of the Market Crash	Successfully complete the Market Crash Trial with challenge settings of zero defeats, no Incarnate Powers and no Temporary Powers

Accolade Badges

There were at least two Accolade badges added or repurposed from existing badges with Issue 27.

	Passport	Visit any ten exploration badges, or earn the Pocket D VIP Gold Club Member badge. Earning this Accolade grants you the Long Range Teleporter power.
	History in the Making	Visit all exploration badges in Cimerora

Event Badges

Badges were added for Winter Event 2020, Winter Event 2021, Seventeenth Anniversary Event, Eighteenth Anniversary Event, and Halloween Event 2021.

	Snowbound	Login during the annual Winter Event, 2020.
	License to Chill	Login during the annual Winter Event, 2021.
	Legendary	Purchase from Luna for 100 reward merits, or log in during the month of May, 2021
	Unquenchable	Purchase from Luna for 100 reward merits, or log in during the month of May, 2022
	Sinister Summoner	Summon and defeat The Black Whip in Dr. Kane's House of Horror during the Halloween Event

PVP Badges

One PVP badge was added with Issue 27.

Complete at least one door mission in Bloody Bay, Siren's Call and Warburg (one mission per zone)

Renamed from Shopkeeper to avoid confusion with the similarly-named Shop Keeper badge

	Monitor Duty	Now increases the rate at which you earn the Monitor Duty Teleporter (Teleport self to base) day job power
	Day Trader / Marketeer	Now increases the rate at which you earn the Marketeer (Brain Storm Idea boost) day job power
